2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard and express shipping options depending on your location.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or by contacting us.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged:

• We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please wait 24–48 hours, then contact us.

6. Customs & Duties (for International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

8. Digital Products (eBooks)

Our digital products, including eBooks, are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive instant access to download your eBook. A download link may also be sent to your email address.
